Prices & Availability

The calendars on the next pages indicate current availability, but there may be a delay of a day or two before a new booking is shown. So please use the Reservation Form to confirm availability of your preferred dates, and to reserve them for 5 days pending receipt of your deposit. A non-refundable deposit of £200 (€300) is required to confirm your booking. The balance must be paid at least 8 weeks prior to departure.

Rates are for the Apartment regardless of occupancy and are quoted per night. Any number of nights may be booked. A fixed charge of £50 (€70) is added to each booking, regardless of length, to cover cleaning and laundry. A returnable deposit of £100 (€140) is also required, which will be refunded in full on receipt of the returned keys and confirmation from our local representative that nothing is missing or damaged.
