The area is extremely well served by low cost airlines from many parts of the UK. The small airport of Murcia San Javier (MJV) is only a 15 minute drive away, and the larger airport of Alicante (ALC) is under an hour. On this page we give links to some of the airlines serving the area, and indicate where they fly from (these may change from time to time—valid at the time of writing). If you can travel outside the main holiday periods there are some fantastic bargains to be had! A car is advisable, but car hire is considerably cheaper than in the UK. We give links to a couple that we have personally found to be good value. There are lots of others. |
